At Pficell's Knowledge-Based Complex, We Implement One of Two Strategies, or a Combination of Both:

1) In-house Services:

The first strategy entails the establishment of infrastructure either solely by Pficell or in partnership with investors and key stakeholders in the health industry across various countries. This initiative aligns with macro policies and strategies, as well as protocols, guidelines, executive directives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). These efforts are customized to meet the unique conditions of each geographical region, taking into account their political, social, and economic characteristics.

In certain regions, this strategy may involve mechanisms such as licensing, franchising, and the provision of technical knowledge and technologies. Such practices are evident in North American countries, Canada, and several Western European nations. In some cases, the responsibility for developing cell factory infrastructure can be assigned to Pficell, while the management of clinical services may be delegated to the private sector.

Participation in clinical departments will be permitted in specific countries, provided reliable and credible entities are identified as suitable for investing in factory infrastructure. These countries may include, but are not limited to, Eastern European nations, Greece, South Cyprus, North Cyprus, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, and Kuwait.

In particular regions such as Iran and Iraq, primary activities will focus on the acquisition of infrastructure or clinical services.

2) CDMO Services:

The second strategy emphasizes networking and the leverage of existing infrastructure, which encompasses:

a. A technology development network comprising Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and suppliers of technical knowledge and technology.
b. Cellular development infrastructure, including laboratories and quality control facilities operated by Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
c. Clinical environments, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals, aimed at case identification, case selection, treatment, and follow-up care.

This collective, referred to as a Cell Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), may engage in contracts that can be wholly owned by a reputable entity or by Pficell
